out discard errors in l3 cisco switch (3750)

any one give answer 

in my client we are getting so many out discard errors from few gig ports from L-3 switch when i clear counter errors it is showing no errors up to 1 or 2 hours again it is showing so many errors but as per my client requirement we did not configure Q.o.s services and its relevant configuration and any other typical configurations. particularly errors coming from o.f.c back bone interfaces only please any one give some solution

Can you post the show interface x/x output of one of the interfaces so we can see exactly what the issue is

Either enable QoS or downrate the speed of the port.
