out of sync problem caused by crypto key

I have 50 devices out of sync problem caused by crypto key. i have used the porcess posted on this forum. change the transport sequence to telnet then ssh instead of tftp. I have checked the "show running-config brief" working on device.but still have a problem. any suggestion greatly apperciated.

RME must not be detecting that "show running-config brief" is working. In order to determine that, you will need to post the output of show running-config brief. If you cannot do that, then you'll need to open a TAC service request with that information.
