PI 3.0 does not poll wired clients but on one switch

Hello all,

we have PI 3.0 installed as a trial and we are considering to buy it. But I can't manage to get to work the wired client polling.

I have one switch where it works and about 10 others where it doesn't. All are Catalyst 2960X. The one working switch has an older image than most of those not working. But there are other 2 switches with the same image and also are not working. Configuration is the same and looks like this:

snmp-server group SnmpGrp v3 priv
snmp-server user FXUser SnmpGrp v3 auth sha password priv aes 128 password

PI can see devices, it can see interfaces status but it can not poll client info.

Any ideas please?

try adding the following command:

snmp-server group SnmpGrp v3 auth context vlan- match prefix

Thanks, I've tried it, it has helped on most switches, but not on those in stack. I have a termin next week for webex consultation from cisco.
