Port Varification

Hi 

I have nearly 200 switches in my network with different vendor (Cisco,Junos, Allied Telesis,Dell) and nearly 3000 user using the resource.So i want to check which PC is connected which switch and port of that switch.So  Is there any possible to check and is there any software then suggest me it will help full for me.

It is a been a few used since I used this software but it has the feature of searching for a MAC address, it will then show you device and switchport which it was left seen along with a chronology.
