Hello,
I am wondering what I need to do to get the location of my wired clients to show in the correct locations. As you can see in the attached image they are not showing in any of the charts. They do however show in the graphs and in the "operate - clients and users" lists, but the location information is blank. I have all of the switches in a location group and everything appears to be working without error.
I also noticed that in the details of the client it knows which switch it is on, which port it is on and other usefull details. So why is it that prime cannot distinguish that if it is on switch A port 22 which is part of Group Y that it is in location Y?
Is there something else I have to do in order for the wired clients to show a location?
Seems like it should be automatic.
