PRIME 2.2 with Switches 4500

Dears,

after discovering the switches 4500 with the PI 2.2 ... and checking the switches in ( Monitor > network devices )

and choose the device ... then it shows ( Device details are not available for the selected device.)

my question is does this is a bug or the is a problem in my software.

Hi Mohamed,

device should be supprted ..

is the device show "sucessful inventory " ?

you cab try below action:;

check and installed the latest device pack

try to delete and re-add the device

Hello Afroj Ahmad,

i tried what you recommanded , i installed the latest device pack and deleted and re-added the device but it didn't solve the problem,

i will try to upgrade the PI to version 3.0
