Hi
We have over a 1000 devices in Prime globally often face the same issue every 3 months or so , we reboot it , it clears all processes and gets it going again at full speed , takes about 15 minutes for it to restart and come back online to GUI pages
Step 1 Open a CLI session with the Prime Infrastructure server (see Connecting Via CLI).
Step 2 Enter the following command to stop the Prime Infrastructure server or appliance:
Step 3 Wait for the previous command to complete.
Step 4 Enter the following command to restart the Prime Infrastructure server or appliance:

Hi Mark,
The slowness is seen even after restarting the prime. But I didn't restart using CLI. Let me try out this method and see if it helps.
