Prime 3.1 and 2960x stacks - partial collection failure

I am currently adding all of our switches to our Prime 3.1 server with an intention of using Switch Port Tracing. Almost all of our 2960x stacks say "Partial Collection Failure". Is this an SNMP timeout problem? What should I change?

It could be an SNMP timeout. You may want to look in the xde.log for further details. The PCF could be getting hung on a MIB that is too big. You can set the SNMP timeout all the way up to 300 seconds and see if that helps. If you still get PCFs with the SNMP and CLI timeouts at 300 then it is likely a configuration issue.

I've changed the SNMP timeout in the credential profile to 300 and it still times out.
