Prime 3.1 - Partial Collection Failure For 4500x and 4500

Hello i need your help

 

i have " Partial Collection Failure" in last inventory Collections status for 4500x VSS and for 4500 WS-C4506  with Prime 3.1 last patches  already installed 

PI 3.1.7 Update 03

Hi,

 

you can set logging to debug level, start inventory collection and then check in inventory and ifm logs. In most cases you can't be sure where error logs gor a particular issue are stored, so login via CLI, go to /opt/CSCOlumos/logs, copy last logs to new folder and then grab for device name, ip, error message and so on

 

you can also debug on your device, what prime tries to do - may be you can see there a hint

Its a known issue, Bug ID : CSCve93317 

The bug is fixed in DP14.

You can go for DP16 to fix the issue.
