Prime 3.3 Create New Alarm E-mail Notification

Hello there,
I created a new alarm for Interface threshold.
If it goes up to 85 percent, a major alarm is triggered.
I can not take this as an e-mail.

E-mail notificaiton settings okay.
The test mail is coming.
There are mails under Prime's system.

Newly created alarms are not come mail.

Could you help?

Hello There!

You can check the following
1. Once the threshold is violated of 85% are you receiving the alarm?
2. If you receive the alarm, you can check the alarm category for it.
3. Check in your email notification settings, if you have selected this alarm category for email notification policy.
