Prime 3:PSIRT and EOX report information for Stackable Switches

Hello,

I have a PI3 installation:
Cisco Prime Infrastructure
********************************************************
Version : 3.0.0
Build : 3.0.0.0.78
Critical Fixes:
        PI 3.0.2 ( 2.0.0 )
Device Support:
        Prime Infrastructure 3.0 Device Pack 4 ( 4.0 )
Prime Add-Ons:
        Prime Insight Agent ( 1.0.0 )

With the appropriate version of PI3, one is able to run PSIRT and EOX reports.
I was pretty happy about the function because I sorely missed that in PI 2.2.

Now I'm a little bit confused/frustrated. I scheduled a PSIRT and EOX job.
After a first look everything seemed to be fine but now I recognized that the
Device hardware EOX information for our 3750 Stackable Switches is not complete/correct.
Example:
One stack which consists of one WS-C3750G-24PS and two WS-C3750G-48PS is listed
in "Reports/Reports/PSIRT and EOX" only as one WS-C3750G-48PS.
What about the other WS-C3750G-48PS and WS-C3750G-24PS?

Has anyone the same issue or can check this on his PI3 installation?

BR
Bastian

Raise a TAC case, sounds like a bug in the product where its not baselining the reports vs what's available on CCO. Most likely what's happening its identifying the 24PS maybe due to an older version of IOS. And that's the next question, where is the show ver for the devices in question? Verify if its supported based on the IOS.

I opened a ticket at our SP, they will raise a TAC case.

The WS-C3750G-24PS-E and two WS-C3750G-48PS-S are running 12.2(55)SE5.
Having a look at the pi30-supported-devices-list.xlsx sheet "Device Support Matrix in PI3.0"
they are listed both models Cisco Catalyst 3750G-24PS Switch (OID:1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.602) and Cisco Catalyst 3750G-48PS Switch (OID:1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.603) with a "S/W Vesion >=12.2".
So these models should be supported based on the IOS.
The stack is listed as "Cisco 3750 Stackable Switches" within the Inventory in System > Summary of PI and that is also listed in pi30-supported-devices-list.
