Prime Assurance License - can't add devices to license, no data to display

My client is trying to get their Netflow devices showing in the Assurance license.  They have added a number of devices to Prime. These devices have synced with prime and are consuming lifecycle licenses.  When they try to add the devices to the assurance license, there are no devices in the list to add.  Documentation says just tick a device.  I can't find any reference to the devices not being present in the list  Pic attached.

Hello,

The assurance license will be consumed if you are using netflow.
Do you have netflow configured on your devices? you can check under Services > Datasources to check if you are receiving any netflow from the device to PI.

Thanks very much for replying, there are no devices under Data Sources although apparently lots have been configured for Netflow so I'm checking the config.Capture.PNG

The same issue i am facing with Prime Infra 3.7

In data sources devices are available & enabled which are netflow configured devices. Still I am not able to add the device in add devices to license page.

I'm also facing same issue, my Assurance license 0 used of 2500 tokens, and I can not see any devices in my data source and can not add any device in the Assurance license. Please let me know if you find out the solution for this.
