Hi!
When i try add new device in Prime 1.3 I get the following message:
Somebody had the same problem? How i can resolve it?

I am also getting this error, I deleted this device and was attempting to re-add it. I am assuming that delete of the device out of the database was not clean. Any ideas on how to locate the entry and delete it?

Hi,
Sometime I had the same problem. The device I was trying to add to Prime was already added
through another ip address, which was discovered through a process of automatic discovery. In my case corresponded to a loopback IP. Try searching your device by its MAC address.

Can you please suggest me where I should search MAC address of devices in Prime (I was unable to find that filter in gui)?
