Prime fails to register with communication error message

Hi to all,

our Prime became unregistered and now it is impossible to register it again with cisco smart software portal.

I follow the basic procedure of creating a token which then i fill in the appropriate form in the menu Smart Software Licensing.

After some time the registration fails with message COMMUNICATION ERROR 

Please note that he test to the cisco servers works ok with SUCCESS.

Any ideas why Prime fails to register with the Cisco Portal?

what version of prime ?

as i know some bugs around 3.9 and 3.10

Thanks, currently i am running 3.9.1 (version 1.0.21).  In the past i used to run 3.9.0 and i upgraded to 3.9.1 in order to see if the problem resolved. Unfortunately it did not and this was the reason i posted this thread.

However i did not install the PI_3_9_1_Update_01-1.0.3.ubf or the PI_3_9_1_Security_Update_01-1.0.4.ubf.

Anway, although i upgraded to 3.9.1 i will try the manual way and i will get back to you.
