Prime Infrastructure 1.2 Eval OVA?

Just downloaded the Eval copy of Cisco Prime 1.2.

Wondering if I can run this under a VMware Player instead of loading it on a UCS server?

If yes, is there a recommended version of player?

It doesn't need to be on UCS hardware but VMWare ESXi Server is a preprequisite (according to the Quick Start Guide).
