Prime Infrastructure 1.2 SNMP with 3rd party devices

I am trying to add 3rd party routers such as Netgear and Linksys (Not IOS Based)

Basically, even if I didn't make "Custom SNMP" in PI, it automatically recognized 3rd party devices with little information such as (SysName, SysUpTime)

However I like to poll more information such as CPU, RAM at least more.  When I created Customer SNMP with Basic feature. I could see Entity-MIB and SNMPv2-MIB. I tried couple of options, but no success. I opened a TAC case, but no luck so far.

One thing I never tried was "Advanced" tab with really customized MIBs configuration.  

Has anyone faced this situation like me?

I have a similar issue with v1.3. We're trying to get APC and Tripp Lite UPS mibs into Prime. So far I'm waiting on TAC to get back with me. Did you ever get your problem resolved 6 months ago?
