Prime Infrastructure 1.4 problem

Hi..

I have just upgraded to Prime Infrastructure version 1.4 and got some problems. Each night nms service will be stopped. I must do ncs stop / start to make it work. Anyone has some ideas ?

Hi ,

you can start from here..

Administration  >  Background Tasks

to check for the times tasks are scheduled and for pass/fail status so you can correlate

either trying to run or fail near the time of the crash.

especially look for   Prime Infrastructure Server Backup .

check ths system resouces ,these issue sometimes occurs due to lack of system resources.

getting nms stopped automatically , can be due to couple of reasons. Open a TAC case if issue is not resolved!!
