Hi
Prime infrastructure 3.0 appliance showing "No data matches the specified criteria for the report" for interface utilization report. Let me know if any one has the solution for the same..

Have you deployed the monitoring template to that device?

Yes template is deployed..
It was working when i add the device initially and stopped without any reason. I tried restaring ncs service. But issue remains same...

I have also experienced this behavior, I had to re-apply the monitoring templates many times, to keep my dash-lets up to date. For no reason, some interfaces simply loose the monitoring status and once re-applied they will show you the data.
I was hoping a fix for this was in 3.0.3 patch but installing this patch, lead to a TAC call where they suggested I reinstall from scratch yet again.
