We are running Prime 3.14 and I am having difficulty getting devices to show up when we look at the Network Health (Dashboard/Network Summary/NetworkHealth). I have created location groups following the instructions in the User Guide and added devices dynamically. I can see these devices inside the location groups when I access them via Maps / Topology Maps / Network Topology.
Now, when I launch the Network Health screen, I see the locations but they are Grey and the Health Summary screen on the left also shows no data available.
Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction as to where I am going wrong?
