Guys,
We deployed PI 3.1 ova onto VMWare server. It worked for few weeks and stopped responding to the web login. After a week I started getting the following error message.
"{"message":"Could not open Hibernate Session for transaction; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Cannot open connection"}"
For Virtual Appliance deployment, I used the Minimum Server Requirements are as follows
Option: Standard
VMware Version - ESXi 6.0
Virtual CPUs - 16
Memory (DRAM) - 16 GB
HDD Size - 900 GB
Throughput (Disk IOPS) - 200 MB/s
I would appreciate if someone can mentor me in identifying the root cause for this issue. Thanks in advance.
