Hello,

I would like to investigate a high CPU alarm we have received from our Cisco Prime.

But i have run into an issue with the interface, according to the admin guide of Cisco Prime i should have a entry as follows:

Administration > Dashboards > Performance Dashboards

But i do not have this with my user, which makes me think my user is not part of the root group. But we also have an Admin user. But this one cannot login to the GUI of Prime. Only the SSH.

What am i missing here?

The default admin user is called "root" in the web gui. On SSH the same (I think) user is called "admin". So you could try it with the username root.
