Prime Infrastructure 3.10.5 licensing

I installed new PI3.10.5 but not able to pair with smart software license center. Only choice to choose I have https proxy, but I don't use proxy. How can I pair these substances to get licenses to my PI?

And what if we used a Transport Gateway for Smart Licensing? It's not an option in the latest patch version?
