>HTTP Proxy—Select this option to use an intermediate HTTP/HTTPS proxy between Prime Infrastructure and the Cisco cloud. To enable this option, you must first configure the proxy settings in the Proxy tab.
- That means it currently has no effect because you did not configure anything in the Proxy tab.

I don't have anything running on my Lab to offer any guidance : check below method see if you can find anything.,
Alternatively, you can click the link mentioned in the Smart Software Licensing page to direct you to the Smart Licensing Transport tab to set up transport settings.

Thank You @balaji.bandi and @marce1000 for help. I brought up proxy server and then filled necessary information in forms and get connectivity. It seems that Cisco removed other options.

- The original screenshot only refers to HTTP or HTTP/Proxy ; what problems or errors do you get when trying to use smart license server ?

- I think that picture might be confusing , if nothing is set in the proxy Tab , it will still use direct HTTP , you may also hoover over that question mark and or press on it to get more explanations ,

This isn't very helpful. I also ONLY show the option for https/https proxy.
On the "Licensing Settings" page, it shows transport settings as HTTP Proxy - I have no option to change this when I view/edit proxy settings.

In new patch version it is the only option. And you need to wait some time before it will be resolved against your smart account.

As we mentioned earlier, there is no option available, so you need to make different arrangements to contact Cisco.
