Hi,

I can see that Cisco Prime 3.10 was released end of September but I can only see that it's available for order only at the moment.

Link to General 3.10 release

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/cloud-systems-management/prime-infrastructure-3-10/model.html#~tab-documents

Available to order but download not yet available on this link

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/cloud-systems-management/prime-infrastructure-3-10/model.html#~tab-downloads

Also not available on this link

https://software.cisco.com/download/home/284145020

Does anyone know when the general release will be available to download? I've a customer who's looking to upgrade to this version for the latest PSIRT database and features.

Kind Regards Jon

When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '

PI 3.10 release was not a release "liked" by some BU in Cisco.
Do not expect any fanfare or celebration when the download files become public.

It is best to talk to the local Cisco AM/SE because they will be able to provide an estimated timeline.

Thanks Marce, Leo,

Oh not sounding promising is that because of stability or buggy features?, all the customer is after is the latest PSIRT database and being that they are on the latest 3.9 this still shows an older database to check against devices. I guess that this is the only option to update this database to check against their infrastructure...

Kind Regards Jon

I have been told, in 2019 (or 2020), that PI 3.8 was "the last".  No more versions after PI 3.8 because it was going to be replaced.

I am not saying anything else except "read between the lines".
