What is the information I need to provide in order to buy Cisco support for the Prime Infrastructure software? Serial Number, UDI? and how do I get this info on cli or gui?

You should work with your reseller to purchase support.
The part numbers are based on how many and what type of license(s) and server(s) you have.
Once you have a support contract, you can associate your server's serial number with that support contract. the serial number can be seen from the command line interface with the "show udi"command.
