Prime Infrastructure Re-Installation

Hello Everyone! Greetings!

Our Prime Infrastructure 3.2 is lagging while operating for e.g. if we try to open the Job Dashboard it takes around 4 to 5 minutes to open. it is installed as a VM and all Hardware requirements have also been met. tried the database cleanup command but when I issue the command the prime crashes. so we are planning to go for re-installation.

Can anyone please tell me how to migrate the licenses from this old machine to the new one?

 - If you have an earlier still-valid database backup , then the licenses are included upon restore.

You should be able to navigate to Administration / Licenses and Software Updates / Licenses.  Choose Files and select the license files that you would like to download.

As per marce1000 ,  perform a Backup, copy the backup file to the newly installed server and perform the Restore procedure.

Your licenses will carry over within the backup.
