Prime Infrastructure: Unable to change password for external user

I have configured Prime 3.3 to authenticate from ISE TACACS+ using ISE internal identities. But noticed that the external users cannot change their passwords.

Please suggest how to manage external user passwords for Prime Infrastructure?

As per i know you can only chage the password for the Local authenticated users, if this is external AD, Prime not allow to change this (never tried it, but that how i understand as per the documenation)

I am authenticating using ISE internal Identities for now. But what's the point of external authentication if the user cannot change their password?
