Prime V3.10 Collection Failure on Network Devices

Hi
I upgraded our Prime infra from 3.8 to 3.10. DB migrated successfully and access-lists modified.
When I check  the GUI Inventory->Device Management-> Network Devices, "Last Inventory Collection Status"  I  see  some devices that are "Completed" and some with "Collection Failure".

The same devices in the older version 3.8 are fine

The devices that have "completed" successfully,  have their DNS name resolved to the IP address but the devices with the Collection Failure  show the unresolved DNS Name.
Log files dont show anything interesting.

Has anyone seen this before ?

Best Regards

 - You could try to remove the particular device(s) from Prime and enter them again , (also make sure to press 'Verify Credentials' first) ; check if that can help as a workaround ,

do you mean to say the new Prime co-exists to the old Prime (has another IP-address than the original )?
