Privilege level for all the show commands

We have a team of L1 people who currently have privilege level 5 access to our network devices. Apparently they don't have access to all the 'show' commands. Commands like 'show logging' is very basic for basic checks, which they don't have. I'm looking for a solution to give them access to all the 'show' (only) commands. Could someone please help?

Do you have ISE / ACS  or Local user ?

Local user try below :

privilege exec level 5 show running-config

privilege exec level 5 show configuration

privilege exec level 5 show
