Hello,
I have problem when I try to do backup but only scheduled backup (daily, weekly or monthly). Message which I receive: "Cannot read schedule info. Please look into the log files."
Immediate backup works ok.
Do anybody knows where is reason this problem?

Check and make sure that casuser has correct rights:
Windows:
Under your Security Policy casuser needs to have:
1. log on as a batch job
2. log on locally
3. Access this computer from the network
and Full Control for the ..\CSCOpx folder,
all subdirectories and files.
Solaris:
Make sure casuser has cron access. You may need to be add casuser to the cron.allow file or else jobs won't get scheduled

Problem was with casuser's permision to crontab.
