Problems with DFM logging, urgent!

Please,

After configuring logging and aplying changes, log files created in NMSROOT\log\dfmLogs Folder don't show the complete information.

We need to know the description of the event created, and instead of this we get the message: "BIPS - NOT Found -while collecting eventProperties: Skiping exp = com.cisco.nm.trx.adapters.vdfm.RelationNotFoundException: RELATION NOT FOUND".

We need the description of the event to know what's happening with the interface or so.

Can anybody help?

Could the reason be than the process "DFMCTMStartup" is shut down and we can't start it?

We are using LMS2.5 and DFM2.0

The process DFMCTMStartup being down in windows, does not affect the functionality of DFM so no need to worry about this process. The reason why it shows as down is that DFM does not have any wrapper code to detect that DFMCtmStartup is running.
