Hello,
after upgrade to LMS 4.0.1 Usertracking is no longer working properly and it detects almost no hosts at almost all the switches (different models, different IOS versions). There are only a few switches (again more or less random types and IOS versions) where UT detects hosts. With all the other devices, where UT under LMS 3.1 was detecting without problems all the hosts there are no more any hosts detected.
I have searched for known issues or bugs but I cannot find anything related. Can I ask for some ideas what can be the cause of such a problem?
Thanks in advance,
Vesko

Provide the ani.log and ut.log.
Go to Admin --> Collection Settings --> Data Collection SNMP Timeouts and Retries. What values are listed here? Ensure that the target is set to wildcard so that its not restricting subnets. And try starting the data collection manually from Data Collection Schedule.

Hi Nael,
the same is with our installation (LMS 4.01 - Sol 10).
UT-Discovery only discovers approx. 25% of the formerly (with LMS 3.21) known endhosts.
DataCollection Timeouts are *.*.*.* 3 2 and
*.*.*.* 6 2
