Question about WAE license

I cannot find explanation of the licenses above. What is the network catalog means?  Network interface pack? I already select the device management on the RTM then why interface? Does Bundle means include all?

I do not think those are licenses you can buy individually
but are licenses that are always included with the system, and so bound to this system and non-transferable
