Question regarding MPLS L3VPN

If a customer has 2 sites and theyā€™re both connected to each other via the ISP MPLS backbone, can the customer use the same private IP range in both sites? If yes, then how would that work if a user in site A wants to connect to a server in site A that has an ip address of 192.168.10.10 and also wants to connect to a server in site B that has the same IP address as the server in site A. Any help explaining this would be really appreciated.
