Good afternoon, community. I have a question regarding an upgrade for the specified switch.
The specific model we have is N3K-C3048TP-1GE, which is on NX-OS version 7.0(3)I4(7). Since we plan to upgrade to the latest recommended version, which is 9.3(12), we're not sure if we do really need to upgrade to an intermediate version.
This article (https://www.cisco.com/c/es_mx/support/docs/switches/nexus-3048-switch/216023-nexus-3048-nx-os-software-upgrade-proced.html#anc70) states that we need to upgrade to version 7.0(3)I4(8) ONLY if the version I'm upgrading from is 7.0(3)I7(6) or earlier. Since our current version is 7.0(3)I4(7), that procedure shouldn't apply, right?
The downloads section of the product specification (https://www.cisco.com/c/es_mx/support/switches/nexus-3048-switch/model.html#~tab-downloads) also lists version 9.2(4) as available to download. Do we need to install that version prior to upgrading to 9.3(12)?
Just by what I've read, I would understand that in our scenario we can upgrade straight to version 9.3(12), but I'm still asking this because I've read many cases were the switch ends up bricked, and the ISSU upgrade matrix shows an upgrade path that is completely different from what the first article I linked says. We're going to perform a disruptive upgrade anyways, but it's still confusing.
Any orientation is kindly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.

Hello @evillar01 ,
You should upgrade first to NX-OS 7.0(3)I7(8) and after the successful upgrade do a second upgrade to 9.3(12) as per Cisco recommendation:
Hope this helps.
