RADIUS????

I am trying to find a way to use username and password to cetrally manage many users logging into cisco devices. I know about RADIUS, are there any others that you suggest? Any suggestions for a windows based RADIUS server?

Cisco Secure ACS runs on Windows, doesn't it? It provides RADIUS and/or TACACS+.

Cisco Secure ACS will also provide the Accounting feature, to help you keep track of what the users are doing when logging in.
