I get tis massage: %RCMD-4-RSHPORTATTEMPT: Attempted to connect to RSHELL from 10.x.x.x. 10.x.x.x is a LMS3.2 server where configuration archive have stopped to work since June 2013.
The server fetches configurations files from other switches in the network, but not for some ME3750/C3550/3560/2960.
RME Recommended Action says: “Configure an rsh or RCP server. Regen Messages The following are Cisco optical regenerator error messages”. I am not sure about this.
We use RME 4.3.0 and RCP is included in the Selected Protocol Order at Transport settings in RME. I have seen this https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/716512#716512 but this seems not to be the answer.
