Registering a Call Manager

Okay, I have been setting up a call manager for the past couple of days. I have it up and running, seems like that would be the hardest part given the amount of steps required to set this thing up. Nope, getting the token to register the device has proven to be a nightmare. 

 

I have downloaded and setup the SSM on Prem server, no problem. The problem I have is getting a smart account. I am a contractor and the organization I have an account setup under is a domain used by thousands. Cisco says I don't have permission to setup a smart account. I have no idea who the administrator is and Cisco help desk is no help at all. 

 

Does anyone know of a work around to this solution? I have all the licenses and order numbers in hand, but I can't get around this smart account issue.
