Solved: Reinstall Prime VM

We have a Cisco Prime 3.10 VM running in a VMware ESX. We have to move it to a new environment with VMware ESX. What is the best way to proceed?

Install a new VM on the new VMWare setup, and imort the backup of Prime in it.
