Verify all your porcess are running as they should be on the LMS server. From console command line issue "show application status LMS".

To make checking easier, I often use "show application status LMS | i Not" to only include processes with the string "Not" in their status.

On a completely started server, all processes should be running.

If you have enabled SSL, you would access the server via:

     https://

The http on port 1741 woul not work in this case.

hi marvin

i want to ask another question about this subject.

i installed NCS 1.1 and LMS 4.2 from ova images. but i didnt copied license files into the servers.how do i copy this files?

If you just go into the licensing page on the server GUI, you can upload licenses directly from your local client (or any accesible share) via that web interface. Reference.

The other, more cumbersome, method is to ftp or other wise file copy them into the server's local filesystem from the Linux shell on the server (ssh in to the server, type "shell", authenticate a second time and then do the transfer - you still have to go back into the licensing GUI to apply the license)
