Replacing HDD on Cisco UCS C220 M3

Hello Community,

you are kindly requested to help with procedure to replace faulty HDD on the subject server C220 M3.

we have outdated server both HW/SW running :

Cisco Prime Network Registrar DHCP/DNS Authoritative Jumpstart Appliance
Please share MOP how to do such task. Is there any doc to explain steps for such task ? I guess we Have Raid already created on the server but not sure if there are other tasks to be done.

How know more HW details since we are running VMware5.0 as OS on this server. I could not find HW specs of the server we have.

Thank you for your support.
If I may ask how to connect to CIMC for the concerned server without knowing its IP ?
The CIMC will display Raid configuration and HDD statuses ?

All these things are new for me and I have this task to fix it without prior knowledge. So sorry for asking trivial questions.
