Run NMSROOT\setup\support\resetCasuser.exe
and enter the requested info.
casuser is a user created by LMS that owns/accesses/creates files and folders on the server.
It has to be part of the local administrators group as well.
This use owns most files and has permissions to read/write to them, while other users do not as a security feature.
