RME-ChangeAudit and dbsrv7 process CPU problem.

Hy, we got 4 cw-lms 2.2 installations on solaris 8.

Just in one of them RME-ChangeAudit make dbsrv7 process grow up in cpu utilization as much as system permit it and ChangeAudit windows stay blank wainting.

The system goes 0% idle for hours without any results, until I put everythings down with dmgtd stop.

The same occurs when I try a ChangAudit history deletion.

One different between this cw installation and the others in a larger number of devices loaded in RME(470 items), but I don't know if this is the cause for this problem.

Any hint or suggestion?

Could you please check whether the high CPU utilization is caused due to Java engine (cwjava.exe).

Go to RME -> Administration -> Syslog Analysis -> Change Storage Options

If Backup required is 'checked' please uncheck it then let's see if we will experience the problem again.

Check for the bug CSCds49801, in bug tool kit.

Hi,

dbsrv7 is the only process that grow in CPU utilization.

RME -> Administration -> Syslog Analysis -> Change Storage Options is not checked.

CSCds49801 is not installed but is not provided in CW-2.2 LMS patche list.
