Dear all,

I have a problem with my CiscoWorks RME Application. The RME (v4.0.6, I updated the RME device packages, MDF version from v1.23 to 1.46) cannot archive a (1!) device config. (The other about 250 devices work fine.)

This device is a: Catalyst 4500 L3 Switch Software (cat4500-IPBASEK9-M), Version 12.2(53)SG2

Ssh from the nms server into the device work, I tested it from CLI.

There are some line form the log:

[ Fri Jun 03  09:34:34 CEST 2011 ],INFO ,[Thread-764],com.cisco.nm.rmeng.util.rmedaa.RMEDeviceContext,getSshProtocols,965,Inside getsshprotocols with time out : 36000

I deleted this device from the Common Services Repository and add again, it didn't help.

I have searched in the Support Community already but I haven't found anything about this topic.

Thanks,

Istvan

Hi,

Kindly share the Device Credentials report for this problematic device to troubleshoot this issue.

Also, kindly let me know if you have configured TACACS on the device.

Thanks,

Gaganjeet
