RME syslog automated action doesn't work

I configured an email alerting as automated action in RME - it works fine.

BUT after changing the recipient address it doesn't work anymore - even returning the old address or to delete, reboot and to re-add this action.

CW is surprising me every day - for even obvious simple thing behave very strange...

It might be a good idea if you provide us with the summary view of this automated action.

AFAIK this part of ciscoworks does work.
