Router Always Restarted After Time Changing

Hello Experts!

SO i have a strange problem that our company router always restarted after several hours. I have collected the logs after the routers resrtarted and each log have same pattern : 

Log after restart 1 :

If you have "sensitive content" then I'd recommend that you contact Cisco TAC because we are going to be asking for information they may contain information you might deem "sensitive" but is important to us troubleshooting the issue.
If you are still keen in continuing, then post the COMPLETE output to the following commands:
1. sh version (take away the router name but leave everything else alone);
2. dir
