RTM Packet analyser unable to launch for capture

Hai

I am using Ngenius Real time Monitor and LMS on same server. I am able to view traffic for all devices in traffic monitor.

But when i attempt to capture packet in Packet analyser i am unable to select the launch option in capture menu it is disabled even i got 2 monitored elements(6509 switch and 2950 switch) in my device elements.

what may be the problem?

Shall i have to set any ohter setting in RTM prior to capture the packets .

expecting suggestions for my Problem

Without having a NAM module or a Switch Probe connected, you cannot use Data/Packet Capture in RTM. With switches only, you can only get the mini-rmon/Data Link Layer info in RTM
