Hi,
Serial numbers from sh inv of 3845 router, IOS: C3845-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M, Version 12.4(9)T6 are not matching with Serial numbers from CiscoWorks (LMS V 2.6, RME V 4.0.5).
e.g.
HWIC-4T serial number from sh inv command is FOC11515N4D and
HWIC-4T serial number from CiscoWorks is 4294967295
Is there any issue with CiscoWorks installation?

To be Honest LMS 2.6 is now not EOL/EOS and has crossed the last date of support. Said that it is to birng to your notice how old this software is and can goof up with things which will be hard to t/shoot, so first recommendation is to upgrade the LMS atlease on LMS 3.x and preffered LMS 4.x.
Also, i would recommend you to upgrade your RME to version 4.0.6 atleast which is more better release in LMS 2.6 and there were some serial number issues addressd for some devices as well.
With that, could you manually check what SNMP value does the device shows via SNMP, by which we can check if LMS is showing incorrect or device is sending incorrectly.
Like I see my WISM module's serial number directly via SNMP WALK from device :
NMS-WL-6500#sh inv | in WISM
NAME: "WS-SVC-WISM-1-K9-DC Centralized Forwarding Card sub-module of 8", DESCR:
"WS-SVC-WISM-1-K9-DC Centralized Forwarding Card Rev. 1.4"
PID: WS-SVC-WISM-1-K9-DC, VID: , SN: SAD11060D6S
To check/Match the index number of the module:
NMS-WL-6500#show snmp mib entity indexmapping | i WISM
4009 WS-SVC-WISM-1-K9-DC Centralized Forwarding Card sub-module of 8
SNMPWALK result :
C:\>snmpwalk -v2c -c public 10.104.149.180 1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.11 | find "SAD11060D6S"
SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.47.1.1.1.1.11.4009 = STRING: "SAD11060D6S"
So here it seems the serial number is matching in output too. Following is the link to download RME 4.0.6:

Solaris :
