snmp-server view include exclude question

I am looking for some particular info on snmp views. If I have a single command such as "snmp-server view NMS 1.2.3.4.5 excluded" does this exclude only that value or do I need to add some sort of default allow?

 

If i have a single line snmp-server view NMS 1.2.3.4.5 included" does that include ONLY that value and exclude all others?
