SNMP trap DHCP pool usage

Is it possible to monitor dhcp service at 3850 over nagios ?

info like pool usage or pool exhausted

 - It looks possible as per this document , and or instructions.  Of course as far as NAGIOS is concerned, it must be able and or configured to recognize the trap(s)
